Tesla, leading electric vehicle company, marks another milestone in Thailand with the opening of the first state-of-the-art Tesla Center in Thailand. The Tesla Center Bangkok Ramkhamhaeng is the first Tesla Center in Thailand to offer a full range of services, including sales, service, and delivery.
The one-stop service center provides a full suite of services from beginning to end of their Tesla purchase experience. The design of the Tesla Center carefully incorporates traditional Thai architectural elements alongside Tesla’s global design guidelines. A unique design feature only found in the Thailand Tesla Center is the vehicle display area that replicates the vehicle body shop from Tesla Gigafactory, which is a feature special to Thailand’s Tesla Center.
In addition to showcasing the latest Wall Connector for home charging, the Tesla Center also features the Powerwall energy storage device. As an energy company, Tesla aims to provide households in Thailand with a total solution for sustainable energy and innovative technology.
To celebrate the launch of Thailand’s first Tesla Center, owners were gathered and given a tour of the Tesla Center and joined in an afternoon of celebration with a welcome speech by Yvonne Chan, Country Director of Tesla Thailand.
The service center is equipped to handle up to 400 Tesla vehicles per week, and it is staffed by a team of Tesla-trained technicians committed to providing world-class service. Tesla offers more convenience for owners by being one of the few brands in the industry that offers servicing from Monday-Sunday from 9:00 – 18:00. Tesla owners can conveniently book their Tesla service appointments via the Tesla App and check on the progress of their servicing through the app’s seamless connection to the service center and team. Tesla owners can relax and unwind in the customer lounge while waiting for their service.
To enable Tesla owners to have a seamless journey, Tesla is expanding its Supercharging network in Q3, with three more in the Bangkok area and two in Ayutthaya and Nakhon Ratchasima. In June, Tesla opened the first Supercharging station outside of Bangkok, at Central Pattaya. Tesla’s long-term goal is to create a complete Supercharging network that spans from Thailand through Malaysia to Singapore, connecting Tesla charging networks and enabling owners to access electric mobility not only within provinces but even internationally.
