AIS and Central Retail jointly recover the opening economy Potential of 5G supports CRC Retailligence

AIS and Central Retail, have joined forces and combined their strengths seamlessly through the potential of smart networks to provide experience to customers when shopping. Networks and digital services connect with consumer behavior, enabling exclusive privileges maximally tailored to the customer, to the greatest extent. Throughout the campaign, AIS 5G x Central Retail Everyday Special, customers can use AIS points on the myAIS app to redeem cash coupons worth up to 100 Baht when buying products at stores under Central Retail and restaurants in Central Restaurants Group at over 2,400 locations.

This cooperation between AIS and Central Retail is a strategic partnership with the key target of deploying digital tech infrastructure to connect with understanding of consumer behavior to produce products and services for a superior digital shopping experience. This now includes privileges designed to bring overall benefit in many aspects to the entire supply chain, incorporating vendors and partners, shop-in-shop operators and the shopping malls themselves. There are the many branded outlets under Central Retail distributed nationwide, and not forgetting the employees of both companies, as well as, of course, customers.

  • Virtual Commerce: Shopping does not have to end at buying offline or online. Virtual reality technology running on AIS 5G enables customers to walk the virtual world to buy products, in the free way they are used to in a real store. Central Retail has overcome the limitations of traditional storefronts to create Virtual Commerce, by bringing products branded under the umbrellas of Central Marketing Group (CMG), Power Buy and SUPERSPORTS to the V Avenue.co platform. It is even possible to put on a virtual fashion show as a marketing activity for online shoppers for the first time with VR technology. Leading global tech is being prepared to upgrade Central Retail into the retailer of the future.
  • Exclusive privileges for customers through the campaign, AIS 5G x Central Retail Everyday Special, customers can redeem AIS points through the myAIS app for coupons worth up to 100 Baht to purchase products at outlets under Central Retail. These include Central and Robinson Department Store, outlets under SUPERSPORTS, Power Buy, Thai Watsadu, BnB Home, AUTO1, OfficeMate, B2S, Marks and Spencer, Muji, Tops Market ,Tops SUPERSTORE, Tops Daily, Central Food Hall, FamilyMart, Matsumoto KiYoshi and participating brands under Central Marketing Group. Restaurants in Central Restaurants Group include Mister Donut, Auntie Anne’s, Pepper Lunch, Chabuton, Cold Stone Creamery, Thai Terrace, Yoshinoya, Tenya, Katsuya, Aroidee and Arigato in Mister Donut participating outlets, a total of over 2,400 outlets.

    Customers can make the clicks to collect coupons on the myAIS app on every 5th, 15th and 25th of the month, from 09:00 onwards, until the privileges are used up, a total of 100,000 coupons per month from 5 May 2022 to 25 December 2022. It should be the best, biggest and longest campaign all year.
