Amity launches new product with ChatGPT’s technology to empower Thai businesses

Amity is set to become one of the first platform-as-a-service (PaaS) providers in Thailand to integrate the GPT-3 technology, which underlies ChatGPT, into their chatbot service. GPT-3 by OpenAI is a state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI) that produces human-like text and responses in real time that will revolutionize customer service industries.

The integration of this advanced and easy-to-use technology into Amity Bots will enable companies to provide a more personalized, efficient and top notch customer service experience powered by AI.

Amity has introduced a revolutionary new product, Amity Bots Plus, designed to bring the power of ChatGPT technology to Thai businesses. Leveraging the advanced GPT-3 Model from OpenAI, Amity Bots Plus offers a powerful chatbot solution that can tap into existing organizational knowledge to provide unparalleled customer service. With the ability to automatically comprehend and utilize existing knowledge in document forms, Amity Bots Plus can generate its own responses to handle customer inquiries without relying on pre-scripted content or templates. Get ready for a new level of intelligence in customer service with Amity Bots Plus.

“Bringing the incredible ChatGPT technology to Amity Bots means our customers can harness the power of AI to easily produce curated and complex text while easing the workload of their teams,” said Korawad Chearavanont, Founder and CEO of Amity.

“The possibilities this presents especially for customer service are endless. We’re excited to be one of the first PaaS providers in Thailand to integrate GPT-3 into chatbot and see the success our customers have using AI in conjunction with Amity Bots Plus.”

This new addition to the Amity Bots lineup, which already includes the Amity Bots Platform (a cross-channel, multi-bot chat engagement platform), Amity Bots ChatAds (an interactive engagement experience for LINE ChatAds), and Amity Bots Desk (a live chat tool for agents to seamlessly support customers on chat channels) further cements Amity’s commitment to delivering the best in chatbot technology.

Amity Bots Plus will introduce several key benefits:

  •  Designed to answer questions and generate human-like text, ChatGPT provides the latest in deep learning and natural language processing techniques to deliver state-of-the-art performance.
  •  Perform a wide variety of tasks that can enhance customer service capabilities, including answering questions, summarization, and text generation.
  • Scale its knowledgebase to thousands of documents to serve millions of customer interactions simultaneously with improved accuracy and efficiency.
  • Harness the power of GPT-3 to understand and comprehend documents and turn them into knowledge that can auto-generate responses to customers and employees based on the growing data of organizations.

“Our product labs are working hard to ensure a smooth integration and testing process, and we are confident that the addition of GPT-3 will take the Amity Bots experience to the next level” Amity’s Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Touchapon Kraisingkorn said ahead of the release of Amity Bots Plus.

What is GPT-3 by OpenAI?

GPT-3 by OpenAI is one of the recent AI technologies released that is changing the way business is conducted. GPT-3 is a machine-learning (ML) language model trained using internet data to generate text instantly. What makes GPT-3 so powerful compared to its predecessors is the ML parameters. Microsoft’s Natural Language Generation (NLG) model had 17 billion parameters, while GPT-3 has 175 billion. Due to the large volume of parameters involved, the text generated by GPT-3 cannot be distinguished from text written by a human. The recently trending ChatGPT, which was launched by OpenAI in November 2022, is built on top of GPT-3’s family of language models.
