True unveils ‘True Alpha Hub’ to capture Gen Alpha

ทรูผุด 'True Alpha Hub' ยึดสยาม ปั้น Gen Alpha ลูกค้าแห่งอนาคต

In a move that redefines the intersection of retail, technology, and youth culture, True Corporation has officially unveiled the “True Alpha Hub” at Siam Square Soi 3. Positioned not merely as a flagship store but as Southeast Asia’s first-of-its-kind “Cultural Metropolis,” the launch signals True’s aggressive strategy to engage directly with Generation Alpha under its new “Z-nomenon Alpha Ready” vision.

As the telecommunications landscape shifts from pure connectivity to lifestyle integration, True is betting on a physical space that prioritizes experience over transaction. The True Alpha Hub is designed to be an ecosystem where the digital and physical worlds converge, reflecting the company’s “LIVE Your True Life” philosophy. By placing this landmark in the heart of Siam Square—Bangkok’s perennial youth epicenter—True aims to empower the next generation of “digital ninjas” to express their authenticity with confidence.

The Rise of the Digital Ninja

The strategic pivot toward Generation Alpha—the demographic cohort born entirely within the 21st century—stems from a recognition that traditional branding no longer resonates with a generation raised on immersion and interactivity.

Oliver Kittipong Veerataecha, Chief Brand & Media Officer of True Corporation Plc., emphasizes that for this demographic, experience is the brand itself. “Generation Alpha is growing up naturally immersed in the digital world. They are ‘digital ninjas’, learning, communicating, and expressing themselves through experiences rather than through traditional brand messaging,” said Oliver.

“True has therefore chosen to move beyond conventional communication and step into the Generation Alpha era today. This is not a store, but an ecosystem, one that invites Generation Alpha to think, experiment, create, and express their identity in their own way.”

Curating a Cultural Metropolis

To bring this vision to life, True moved beyond standard retail architecture, enlisting internationally acclaimed Thai designer Pomme Chan (Tachamapan Chanchamrassang) and the design team from M Space. The result is a four-story vertical journey that integrates operational excellence with high-design aesthetics.

Sujitra Amitrapai, Head of Shop Management at True Corporation Plc., describes the hub as a “tangible brand imprint” designed to be genuinely experienced. “True Alpha Hub represents another important step for True as we step beyond our role as a telecommunications and technology service provider to become a co-creator of the future alongside the next generation,” Sujitra noted. She highlighted that the experiential elements on levels two through four were curated in collaboration with “Such A Small World,” transforming the building into a vibrant meeting point for creators and cultural icons.

A Four-Level Vertical Journey

The hub’s layout is segmented into distinct zones, each serving a specific facet of the modern creative lifestyle. The journey begins on Level 1 (LEVEL UP), a reimagined service area that blends premium customer care with a digital lifestyle experience, featuring a TrueCoffee bar serving exclusive signature menus available only at this location.

Moving upward, Level 2 (GO-LIVE LAB) introduces a professional broadcasting and live event zone—the only one of its kind in Thailand. This floor serves as a “Creators Debut Hub,” where aspiring influencers can live-stream content directly onto the massive Cube Big Screen outside in Siam Square, effectively turning a personal broadcast into a public spectacle.

Level 3 (CO-PLAY PIT) offers a space defined by the concept of “Chaos — Curated.” Designed for intentional interaction, it facilitates everything from live podcasting and gaming to social gatherings. A highlight of this floor is the 3D Model Experience Booth, available until February 2026, which utilizes 360-degree scanning technology to transform visitors into digital avatars. The experience culminates on Level 4 (BIG CREATE), a dedicated zone for tangible artistic output, whether in music, photography, or immersive listening, allowing creators to bring their visions to fruition.

Celebrating the Launch

To mark the opening of this landmark destination, True has announced a suite of privileges running through January 4, 2026. Visitors can access exclusive perks including free photo printing with Smart Phone Printers and significant discounts on Instax products. True is also aggressively targeting the youth market with tailored connectivity offers, such as the “You Ultra Max 299” package for students aged 18–24, which provides substantial data allowances for learning and entertainment. Furthermore, True Card customers and dtac members are offered preferential rates for utilizing the Playing Space and Creative Rooms on the upper floors.

With the launch of the True Alpha Hub, True Corporation is attempting to do more than sell 5G connectivity; it is positioning itself as the infrastructure for the identity and creativity of the next generation.
