SWAP+ is the new service package from dtac Mobile Care offering a swap or replacement mobile phone while your unit is being repaired and you can get up to 2 swaps per 12 months. Only mobile phones are eligible for this service while any connected devices such as smartwatches or other accessories are not covered.
