Bonds&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;We Win&#8221;&nbsp;during February 5-15.&nbsp;&nbsp;The bonds have maturities of&nbsp;5 and 10 years with&nbsp;step up-coupon rates of 2.00 percent and 2.50 percent on average, respectively.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thestorythailand.com\/en\/04\/02\/2021\/13088\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gojek to offer 30% discounts on GoFood<\/a><\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thestorythailand.com\/en\/04\/02\/2021\/13099\/\" target=\"_blank\">ManpowerGroup Thailand unveiled the latest labour market trends<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For non-profit organizations, the bonds have a 15-year tenor with a fixed coupon rate of 1.80 percent.Subscription period for non-profit organizations is February 16-19.&nbsp;Investors are required to subscribe for the bonds at a minimum of&nbsp;1,000 Baht,&nbsp;with no maximum limit.&nbsp;Throughout February,&nbsp;KBank will also offer debentures of four leading companies to the general public subscription.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thiti Tantikulanan, KBank Capital Markets Business Division Head<\/strong>, said that KBank will open for subscriptin the special&nbsp;&#8220;Rao Chana&#8221; (&#8220;We Win&#8221;)&nbsp;government savings bonds, issued by the Ministry of Finance for the 2021 fiscal year to raise funds for reinvigorating the economy and society presently reeling from the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investment in government saving bond is secure and offers returns based on the investment period.&nbsp;The government saving bonds&#8217;&nbsp;coupon rates are more attractive than deposit interest rates.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The minimum subscription of&nbsp;&#8220;We Win&#8221;&nbsp;government savings bonds is set at 1,000 Baht per investor, with no maximum limit.&nbsp;Coupons are paid twice per year, in February and August, until the bonds reach maturity.&nbsp;There are two subscription periods for three tranches of bonds, as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Period 1:&nbsp;<\/strong>February 5-15, 2021, for individuals with Thai nationality or Thai residency.&nbsp;The total issue amount via selling agent banks is 55,000 million Baht.&nbsp;First tranche:&nbsp;Five-year bonds, with the maturity date of February 5, 2026, and step-up coupon rate of 1.50 percent p.a.&nbsp;for the first and second year, 2.00 percent p.a.&nbsp;for the third and fourth year and 3 percent p.a.&nbsp;for the fifth year, or an average rate of 2.00 percent p.a.&nbsp;Second tranche:&nbsp;10-year bonds, with the maturity date of February 5, 2031, and step-up coupon rate of 1.50 percent p.a.&nbsp;for the first year, 2.00 percent p.a.&nbsp;for the second and third year, 2.50 percent p.a.&nbsp;for the fourth to sixth year, and 3.00 percent for the seventh to tenth year, or an average&nbsp;rate of 2.50 percent p.a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Period 2:&nbsp;<\/strong>February 16-19, 2021, for only non-profit organizations.&nbsp;The issue amount shall be&nbsp;what is left&nbsp;over from the subscription of period 1.&nbsp;Third tranche:&nbsp;15-year bonds, with the maturity date of February 5, 2036, and fixed coupon rate of 1.80 percent p.a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers can subscribe for the government savings bonds via KBank through the following channels:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kasikornbank.com\/kmyinvest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.kasikornbank.com\/kmyinvest<\/a>&nbsp;(for individuals only), 24 hours a day, from February 5, 2021 at 8:30&nbsp;a.m.&nbsp;to February 15, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., or via a KBank branch.For follows:&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Debentures of True Corporation Public Company Limited<\/strong><strong>&#8221;&nbsp;<\/strong>under subscription period of February 8&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;February 10, 2021, with maturity periods of 2 years and 9 months&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;5 years and 9 months, and interest rates of 3.30-4.50 percent;&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Debentures of Sansiri Public Company Limited<\/strong><strong>&#8220;<\/strong>&nbsp;under subscription period of February 15&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;February 17, 2021, with maturity period of 3 years and 8 months, and interest rate of 4.20 percent;&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Debentures of Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited<\/strong><strong>&#8220;<\/strong>&nbsp;under subscription period of February 18&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;February 19, and February 22, 2021, with maturity period of 2 years and interest rate of 2.95 percent, as well as 3 years and interest rate of 3.23 percent; and&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Debentures of Noble Development Public Company Limited<\/strong><strong>&#8220;<\/strong>&nbsp;under subscription period of February 22&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;February 24, 2021, with maturity period of 3 years and interest rate of 4.50
