The collaboration aims to drive and elevate Thai entrepreneurs towards eco-friendly business practices through the creation of greenhouse gas inventory data for cassava plantation areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This cooperation is part of the&nbsp;<strong>Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (T-VER)<\/strong>&nbsp;of the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO). The process involves calculating carbon footprint and carbon credit, assessing economic feasibility, and registering the carbon footprint label for renewable products. This is a significant step for Thai Wah towards advancing Thailand&#8217;s Carbon Neutrality goal and ensuring long-term sustainability for the Thai agriculture and economy sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rattanawan Mangklang<\/strong>, Managing Director of VGREEN KU Company Limited, said: &#8220;VGREEN KU is committed to contributing to Thailand\u2019s carbon neutrality goal by creating knowledge, developing standards, and tools for credible greenhouse gas verification and carbon footprint assessment. Through this memorandum of understanding with Thai Wah, we can bring our expertise to help Thai Wah achieve tangible carbon footprint reductions in their cassava farm business. This is a promising start to expanding into various agricultural sectors in Thailand.
