The offering continued to receive an overwhelming response, especially the public offering (PO) series, which was fully subscribed for 15 billion baht. Hence, the company exercised an additional 5 billion baht greenshoe option, making the total public offering of 20 billion baht, which clearly reflects investors\u2019 confidence in the SCBX Group. The company will deploy the proceeds to expand and develop the businesses, driving the organization towards its goal of becoming a leading financial technology group in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mr. Arthid Nanthawithaya, Chief Executive Officer of SCB X Public Company Limited (SCBX)<\/strong>, said, &#8220;We truly appreciate the trust shown by all investors, including individual, institutional, and high net worth investors, in their continuing investment in SCBX debentures. It reflects investors\u2019 confidence in SCBX\u2019s potential and determination to foster business growth. This year, we continue to emphasize using technology for the digital subscription and scripless debentures deposit process through the SCB EASY application. Moreover, our commitment to providing stable investment opportunities for the public offering led us to exercise the greenshoe option, adding 5 billion baht to the total public offering of 20 billion debentureholders\u2019 representative, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the first offering of 2024, 6 series of debentures were offered to institutional investors and\/or high-net worth investors (excluding institutional investors and high-net worth investors who are individuals) which was issued on May 10, 2024:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Series 1: 1-year debentures with a fixed interest rate of 2.75% p.a., worth 4.3 billion baht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Series 2: 2-year debentures with a fixed interest rate of 2.95% p.a., worth 4.9 billion baht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Series 3: 5-year debentures with a fixed interest rate of 3.27% p.a., worth 2.9 billion baht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Series 4: 7-year debentures with a fixed interest rate of 3.52% p.a., worth 1.1 billion baht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Series 5: 10-year debentures with a fixed interest rate of 3.77% p.a., worth 1 billion baht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Series 6: 3-year zero-coupon debentures, worth 7.8 billion baht<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the second offering of 2024, 1 series of debenture was offered to the public offering <\/strong><strong>which was issued <\/strong><strong>on
