Ogilvy Thailand\u00a0has appointed Wanramai Aurtaveekul as Chief Client Officer. Tasked to lead sustainable client relationships and work with client teams to design short and long-term strategies and deliver them, the new role is poised to strengthen Ogilvy’s leadership in offering marketing communication solutions and enhance the company\u2019s business growth in Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jiravara Virayavardhana<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer, Ogilvy Thailand, said: \u201cThe Chief Client Officer role is a newly-created, essential position designed to foster sustainable growth and build strong client relationships in today\u2019s dynamic world, which has always been a vital aspect of Ogilvy’s business. We wanted to find an individual with a unique blend of skills: the ability to proactively build relationships anchored on business literacy, experience in crafting solutions that drive brands\u2019 growth in the modern marketplace, as well as the capacity to handle reactive troubleshooting. Khun Wanramai quickly emerged as the ideal candidate for this position given her almost two decades of experience working at Ogilvy, her thorough understanding of our organizational culture and cognizance of customer needs across diverse industries.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis new role will allow me to participate in the growth and management of client relationships throughout the partner journey.\u201d said Wanramai Aurtaveekul<\/strong>, Chief Client Officer, Ogilvy Thailand. \u00a0\u201cThe key to success will lie in the ability to accurately capture the customer\u2019s voice translate that into measurable solutions. Wanramai has been with Ogilvy Thailand since 2005. She was promoted to Managing Director of Soho Square, a business unit within Ogilvy Thailand, in 2012, and Senior Executive Group Director of Ogilvy Thailand in 2020. Throughout her tenure at Ogilvy Thailand, she has dedicated herself to creating effective communications work and making brands matter for clients across industries. Wanramai is well known for her extraordinary skills in client leadership, consultation and business development in modern marketing. She has been working with industry-leading clients in telecom, commerce, nutrition, health & wellness, FMCG, real estate, retail as well as technology, using an integrated marketing approach that encompasses advertising, CRM, and digital solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wanramai has been delivering strategic thinking and integrated campaigns for clients in Thailand but also in various markets around APAC. She has also led Ogilvy Health locally, becoming the first agency in Thailand to pioneer Health & Wellness initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
