The shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on 26 September 2024 under the ticker symbol \u201cBKV,\u201d and the offering is expected to close on 27 September 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 2,250,000 shares from&nbsp;BKV&nbsp;at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A registration statement relating to the offering was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (\u201cSEC\u201d) on 25 September 2024.
