On June 14th, the company officially launched \u201cTrue Thank You Day: Thank You for the Trust\u201d, a nationwide initiative led by Sigve Brekke, Group CEO, Manat Manavutiveth, CEO of Data and Enterprise Business, and Sharad Mehrotra, CEO of Consumer Business. Together with employees from sales, marketing, product development, and back-office teams, they visited local communities in Bangkok, surrounding provinces, and major cities nationwide to connect directly with customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal is to create meaningful conversations, listen to customers&#8217; feedback, and gain a deeper understanding of their needs, turning real insights from real conversations into improvements that better serve and delight.
