HAIER EUROPE APPLIANCES HOLDING BV and KLIMA KFT officially completed the closing and handover ceremony in Budapest on June 3, 2025. This marks a pivotal step in Haier HVAC\u2019s strategic expansion into the Hungarian market. The transaction encompasses all of KLIMA\u2019s assets, channels, and expertise, further bolstering Haier\u2019s presence in Central and Eastern Europe (hereafter CEE) and accelerating the promotion of sustainable HVAC solutions across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CEE region serves as both a gateway between Western Europe and the broader Eastern bloc and as one of the fastest growing markets within the EU\u2019s new member states.
