Central Group, Thailand’s leading retail and service conglomerate with a business footprint spanning Southeast Asia and Europe, has announced the appointment of its new Board of Directors. The new appointments came into effect from 1 January 2026, following the completion of the outgoing Board’s term on 31 December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This transition aims to further strengthen corporate governance, enhance the effectiveness of organizational oversight, and support the Group\u2019s long-term strategic direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the completion of the shareholder appointment process, the newly appointed Board convened a special meeting and passed resolutions to appoint the Chairman and Vice Chairmen as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
