OR reported sales and service revenue of 658,723 million baht in 2025, representing a 9.0% year-on-year decline mainly attributable to weaker performance in the\u00a0Mobility\u00a0and\u00a0Global\u00a0business groups. Nevertheless, the\u00a0Lifestyle business\u00a0remained a key growth driver. Through effective cost and operating expense management, OR achieved a\u00a0net profit of 11,304 million baht, an increase of 3,654 million baht, or\u00a047.8% year-on-year, reflecting the resilience of its business structure and its ability to generate returns amid challenging market conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M.L. Peekthong Thongyai<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer of\u00a0PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR),\u00a0commented on the Company\u2019s 2025 performance, stating that the sales and service revenue amounted to 658,723 million baht, declined by 65,235 million baht, or9.0%, compared to 2024, in line with lower global oil prices and reduced sales volumes.However, the Company continued to enhance operational efficiency and manage costs effectively, resulting in\u00a0EBITDA of 20,357 million baht, an increase of\u00a02,691 million baht, or\u00a015.2% year-on-year.This improvement was primarily driven by the\u00a0Mobility business, supported by a higher average gross margin per liter, particularly from\u00a0aviation fuel and diesel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the\u00a0Lifestyle business\u00a0delivered stronger performance, led by improved gross margins in the food and beverage retail segment, especially\u00a0Caf\u00e9 Amazon, which continues to benefit from strong consumer demand. In addition, operating expenses were well controlled following the discontinuation of underperforming businesses in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Q4\/2025, OR reported sales and service revenue of 155,535 million baht, representing a 1.3% quarter-on-quarter increase, supported by seasonal factors. The Mobility business recorded higher revenue from increased sales volumes, particularly aviation fuel and diesel. The Lifestyle business saw revenue growth across both food and beverage retail and other retail segments. Conversely, the Global business experienced a revenue decline due to slower sales volumes in certain countries. During the quarter, OR generated EBITDA of 4,443 million baht and a net profit of 2,078 million baht, a decrease from the previous quarter due to higher operating expenses. Overall, in 2025, OR achieved a net profit of 11,304 million baht, an increase of 3,654 million baht, or 47.8% year-on-year, equivalent to earnings per share of 0.94 baht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
