This new multi-functional ready-built factory and warehouse business model features adaptable spaces designed to serve as manufacturing facility and warehouse within \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a single location. The initiative drives the nation&#8217;s industrial and logistics sectors, reinforcing\u00a0the project\u2019s commitment to developing infrastructure for swift global supply chain adaptation and enhanced Thai competitive capabilities. It aligns with the Smart Industrial Estate policy and supports digital sector investment, positioning Thailand as a significant regional supply chain hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kamonkarn Kongkathong<\/strong>, Managing Director of ARAYA Land Development Company Limited, stated, \u201cThe launch of ARAYA Industrial and Logistics Hub directly\u00a0addresses current and evolving global supply chain demands for &#8216;speed, reliability, and accessibility&#8217;. From this strategic, well-connected location, we are well positioned to serve as a primary nationwide distribution hub that will enhance long-term supply chain efficiency and integrate seamlessly within the Eastern Economic Corridor\u2019s industrial-tech ecosystem.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ARAYA Industrial and Logistics Hub\u2019s ready-built factory and warehouse has a total building area of 23,639 sqm, comprising a 20,835 sqm warehouse space with an additional 2,804 sqm two-storey office space. The design accommodates both small and large logistics and 3PL businesses, as well as operations requiring speed, precision and complex management systems. Its building specifications meet international standards, supporting efficient operations, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Building Structure:<\/strong>\u00a0An internal clear height of\u00a012 metres\u00a0provides maximum storage capacity. The burnished floor\u00a0has a load capacity of\u00a03 tons\/sqm, with a\u00a0raised floor\u00a0height of\u00a0+1.30 metres\u00a0to facilitate convenient goods loading and unloading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comprehensive Loading and Unloading Systems:<\/strong>\u00a0Features\u00a0two loading bays, two dock levelers, and one ramp access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Traffic and Transportation Management:<\/strong>\u00a0The project incorporates systematically designed internal traffic routes, with designated zones for trucks, employee vehicles, and parking areas, thereby enhancing safety and transportation efficiency. It accommodates both 6-wheeled trucks and large trailers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sustainability and Energy Efficiency:<\/strong>\u00a0The building is designed as a\u00a0LEED certified Warehouse\/Factory, utilizing energy-efficient\u00a0LED 400 lux\u00a0lighting, with natural light via skylight (translucent roof sheet) and natural, cross-flow ventilation.\u00a0Insulated metal sheet roofing\u00a0further contributes to energy reduction with low environmental impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Office Space and Facilities:<\/strong>\u00a0A two-story office space offers flexible functionality, serving as an office area and adaptable for use as a showroom, depending on business requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ARAYA &#8211; The Eastern Gateway project is progressing well, with plans to expand its industrial estate area from 1,891 rai to more than double to 3,800 rai by 2026. This expansion serves to accommodate investments in key national target industries such as advanced manufacturing, logistics &amp; supply chain, digital technology, and data-driven industry, aligning with Thailand&#8217;s new economic direction. The project has attracted leading global companies, including Infineon Technologies Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (IFMT) in the semiconductor sector, MR. D.I.Y. in logistics, prominent electronics firms and data centre groups from China and Taiwan, and leading food and beverage businesses from Europe, reinforcing our potential as a regional industrial and technology hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cARAYA &#8211; The Eastern Gateway has been developed with advanced, future-ready infrastructure to support seamless business start-ups.
