ShardLab, SCBX, and Bitkub Group have officially announced the return of Southeast Asia Blockchain Week (SEABW) 2026. Scheduled for May 20\u201321 at ICONSIAM, the third edition of this premier summit aims to showcase Thailand\u2019s leadership in digital asset integration and real-world blockchain utility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At a press conference held on April 22, organizers declared Thailand the strategic host for the third consecutive year. The event is organized by global Web3 venture capital firm Hashed<\/strong> and its innovation arm ShardLab<\/strong>, in a major partnership with SCBX<\/strong>, Thailand\u2019s leading fintech group, and Bitkub Group<\/strong>, the nation\u2019s largest digital asset operator. Hojin Kim<\/strong>, CEO of ShardLab,<\/strong> emphasized that the decision to host the event in Thailand was intentional, driven by the country\u2019s strong market fundamentals. These include rapid technology adoption, regulatory clarity, and a surge in institutional participation. Kim noted that Thailand is successfully transitioning from experimental phases to actively integrating digital assets into its core financial system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representing the institutional sector, SCBX<\/strong> reaffirmed its goal to become a primary provider of digital asset infrastructure. Through its subsidiaries\u2014SCB 10X, Token X, and InnovestX<\/strong>\u2014the group is developing blockchain capabilities designed for practical financial services across the region.
