It targets organisations ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations, providing a pathway to test, adopt and scale AI applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch comes as businesses increasingly explore AI but continue to face challenges in turning proof-of-concept projects into systems that can be deployed at scale. The AI Hub is intended to shorten that process, covering the journey from identifying business problems and validating concepts to production deployment and enterprise-wide adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Initial areas of application include AI-powered smart logistics, AI vision for smart manufacturing, optical character recognition and workflow automation, as well as AI tools for enterprise productivity and decision support. These applications are aimed at improving operational efficiency, making better use of data and supporting business decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From access to business outcomes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sutida Mongkolsuthree, chief executive officer of Synnex (Thailand)<\/strong>, said the value of AI is increasingly determined not simply by what the technology can do, but by whether organisations can use it to address business challenges and produce tangible results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe value of AI today is no longer defined simply by what the technology can do, but by how organizations can apply it to solve real business challenges and deliver tangible outcomes,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She said the AI Hub represents another step in SYNNEX\u2019s shift from providing access to technology towards helping organisations successfully adopt it and translate that adoption into business results, working alongside AWS and its partner ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SYNNEX also wants AI projects to move beyond the experimental stage and become practical tools that improve productivity and competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company has structured the initiative around three mechanisms: improving access to AWS cloud and AI technologies, accelerating solutions from development and proof of concept to market, and combining global technologies with local expertise from SYNNEX and its partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The local component is particularly important to the model, with SYNNEX positioning its network and knowledge of Thailand\u2019s business environment as a bridge between technology and commercial implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Five pillars to build an AI ecosystem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The AI Hub is organised around five areas intended to address different stages of AI adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first focuses on partner AI solutions. SYNNEX plans to curate solutions and use cases developed by partners and independent software vendors, or ISVs, and integrate them with AWS cloud infrastructure and generative AI capabilities. The company is supporting the development of industry-specific solutions for sectors including manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare, insurance and banking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second focuses on strengthening AI delivery capabilities among partners, from solution architecture and application development to testing, deployment and customised solutions. The aim is to address the shortage of AI skills while building an ecosystem capable of delivering projects from development through implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The third pillar draws on SYNNEX\u2019s own experience of adopting AI internally. The company currently operates nearly 90 internal AI use cases under its Responsible AI Guidelines. According to SYNNEX, these have contributed to a 55% increase in productivity, a 59% reduction in working time and 60% fewer errors, while 94% of employees use AI on a weekly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SYNNEX is also developing \u201cPower Users\u201d into \u201cAI Champions\u201d and establishing an internal AI community. Experience gained from these projects has been used to develop AI Trust 1, an intelligent sales assistant, with plans to extend lessons from its internal transformation to the wider partner network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fourth pillar is aimed at developing AI competency among partners through the DSA Partner Program and FastTrack Academy. These programmes are designed to build both technical and business capabilities, while go-to-market initiatives are intended to help partners bring solutions to customers and convert business opportunities into revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fifth is a physical technology showcase where organisations can explore, test and evaluate AI solutions with experts before deciding on investment and deployment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AWS provides infrastructure for AI at scale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vatsun Thirapatarapong, country manager of Amazon Web Services (Thailand)<\/strong>, said cloud and AI infrastructure would play an important role in helping organisations move from experimentation to large-scale implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAI is creating new opportunities for organizations across every industry. However, turning those opportunities into business outcomes requires a strong cloud and AI foundation that can efficiently support experimentation, development, and scaling,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AWS said its work with SYNNEX and the company\u2019s partner ecosystem is intended to bring AI technologies closer to practical use cases among Thai organisations and help businesses move from ideas towards innovation and business value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taking AI from use cases to real-world deployment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch also featured a panel on real-world AI transformation involving representatives from AI GEN, Advice, ChiChang and Metro System, moderated by Panya Phunpermpholsiri, chief sales and marketing officer of Synnex (Thailand).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The discussion covered practical experience in implementing AI, from identifying appropriate use cases and choosing technology infrastructure to developing enterprise AI, application AI and smart solutions on AWS. It also addressed how businesses can expand market opportunities through SYNNEX\u2019s ecosystem and go-to-market capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the AI Hub, SYNNEX aims to create an ecosystem in which businesses can experiment faster, deploy AI effectively and scale projects with greater confidence. By bringing technology, solutions, skills, investment and market opportunities together, the company is seeking to close the gap between growing interest in AI and its ability to generate measurable
