She noted that the commitment reflects growing investor confidence in Thailand as a destination for high-tech foreign direct investment (FDI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phase 2 Development Announced to Meet Future Investment Demand<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In response to market demand, ARAYA \u2013 The Eastern Gateway plans to develop approximately 20,000 square meters of additional space in Phase 2.
