This latest development builds on Gojek\u2019s commitment to offering contactless delivery to ensure the safety of both its users and drivers amid the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gojek currently offers a variety of payment methods on food orders, including cash and GoPay e-wallet. Users can now also enjoy a seamless, convenient transaction experience through the addition of Visa, Mastercard and JCB credit and debit card acceptance; while Gojek merchant partners will benefit from increased sales without processing fees, maximum transaction amount or the need to register.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thestorythailand.com\/en\/gojek-and-tokopedia-combine-to-form-goto-the-largest-technology-group-in-indonesia-and-the-go-to-ecosystem-for-daily-life\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gojek and Tokopedia combine to form GoTo ecosystem for daily life.<\/a><\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thestorythailand.com\/en\/health-checkup-kiosks-fight-back-against-the-diseases-of-a-poor-lifestyle\/\" target=\"_blank\">Health CheckUp Kiosks fight back against the diseases of a poor lifestyle<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shri Chakravarthy, Gojek Thailand\u2019s Country General Manager<\/strong>, said, \u201cThe shift to cashless payments has continued to accelerate amid the pandemic, and we\u2019re pleased to be able to offer another option to our users that makes paying for our services faster and easier &#8211; all while enhancing their safety. By expanding our digital payment options, we\u2019ll be able to approach the Thai market with more speed and agility, while also allowing millions of users to enjoy the benefits that the digital economy can bring.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the launch, Gojek is rolling out a slew of new promotions in collaboration with leading banking partners &#8211; UOB, KTC, SCB and Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited &#8211; with discounts of up to Bt100 and up to Bt18,000 cash back on GoFood orders starting from May 18, 2021. The company plans to expand its partnerships to additional banking partners in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>UOB<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; All users are eligible to receive a 100THB discount on GoFood orders of Bt200 or more after completing their first order with a UOB credit card (limited redemption, valid until July 18, 2021).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>KTC<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; All users are eligible to receive a Bt100 discount on GoFood orders of Bt200 or more after completing their first order with a KTC credit card (limited redemption, valid until June 30, 2021). Users can also redeem 399 KTC FOREVER points on KTC Mobile for a Bt50 discount on a minimum GoFood purchase of Bt150 (limited redemption, valid until Dec 31, 2021).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>SCB<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; All users are eligible to receive up to Bt200 cash back per month on GoFood orders without having to register through SMS, deposited into their SCB credit card or LET\u2019S SCB mastercard account (limited redemption, valid until June 30, 2021).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Bangkok Bank<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; All users are eligible to receive cash back up to 18% (maximum Bt18,000 throughout the campaign period), deposited into their Bangkok Bank credit card account when redeeming Thank You Reward points equivalent to total purchase amount (limited redemption, valid until July 31, 2021).<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gojek, Southeast Asia\u2019s leading mobile on-demand services platform, today announced the launch of credit and debit card acceptance as an additional payment method for GoFood to further enhanceuser experience and reduce friction for its users, merchant partners and driver partners.
