Panuwat (Ben) comes with over two decades of leadership experience across industries. Before Darwinbox, he was the Chief People Officer at Minor Foods driving the people strategy and leading change management for the organization. He has also held consulting and management roles at Kincentric (Thailand) Ltd., Aon Hewitt (Thailand) Ltd., and Hewitt (Thailand) Ltd. He is known for his analytical skills and scientific approach to problem-solving. An executive who firmly believes in people’s experiences and customer-centricity, he has transformed client organizations, driven people progress, increased employee engagement, and built people capabilities and talent pipeline to support business strategy.
