Sansiri Public Company Limited has expanded its strategic partnership with Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) to implement a paperless financial ecosystem in alignment with their shared Net Zero targets. The initiative integrates SCB Digital Workflow technology to transform Sansiri into a paperless organization, establishing a new benchmark for Thailand’s real estate industry by targeting 70% paperless operations by 2035 to support the transition toward a green economy.

Apichart Chutrakul, Chairman of Sansiri Public Company Limited, stated that achieving Net Zero remains a core mission for the company. Under the current roadmap, Sansiri aims to reduce internal paper consumption by 50% within 2026 and accelerate toward 70% by 2035. By combining Sansiri’s SIRI SmartSign system with SCB Digital Workflow, the digital transition is projected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by over 3,131.6 kgCO₂e per year, which is equivalent to planting more than 150 large trees.

Uthai Uthaisangsuk, President of Sansiri Public Company Limited, added that transforming into a paperless operation improves corporate agility, removes redundant processes, and aligns with the digital lifestyles of employees and customers. Furthermore, the transition strengthens corporate governance by ensuring transparency, removing the risks of lost documentation, lowering operational costs, and reducing energy consumption associated with physical document transport.

Sansiri acknowledged SCB as a trusted partner whose continuous support and expertise in SCB Digital Workflow serve as key accelerators in executing this operational efficiency plan sustainably across all aspects.

Arthid Nanthawithaya, Chief Executive Officer of SCB X Public Company Limited, noted that sustainability requires a collective, technological approach to enhance Thailand’s economy. This collaboration bridges the financial and real estate sectors to build new business models combining digital efficiency with environmental sustainability. Digitizing processes to reduce resource use increases organizational efficiency, strengthens national competitiveness, and supports the transition toward a low-carbon economy.

Sarut Ruttanaporn, Chief Executive Officer of Siam Commercial Bank, added that this initiative elevates the long-standing collaboration between SCB and Sansiri into a strategic sustainability partnership. By replacing traditional paper-based workflows with digital processes, the partnership aims to establish a future paperless finance ecosystem, set new standards for transparent and efficient business operations, and drive the development of new digital products and services.

“SCB is committed to ensuring transparency and measurable outcomes in reducing paper consumption, cutting greenhouse gas emissions, and enhancing business growth capabilities. This year, we will pilot Digital LG and Digital Signature solutions, targeting a 50% transition from paper to digital documents with Sansiri, increasing to 70% by 2035,” Ruttanaporn concluded.
