KUB Chain, a public blockchain network, hosted its inaugural “KUB Community Outing” from June 6–7 in Kaeng Krachan, Phetchaburi. Led by Passakorn Pannok, President of KUB, the two-day networking retreat brought together over 30 core community members, partners, validators, and builders. The event functioned as a collaborative forum to align on KUB Chain’s upcoming roadmap, discuss its global expansion through the Zug-based KUB Foundation, and preview the upcoming KUB Meetup scheduled for August 2026.
Passakorn Pannok stated that the outing was designed to connect the online ecosystem with real-world interactions under a philosophy of “Ecosystem Blending.” He noted that the community has served as the backbone of KUB Chain for the past five years. The event provided an open space to collect direct insights, feedback, and shared visions from core contributors to maintain a collaborative, community-driven development approach for the ecosystem.
August Meetup to Anchor Global Infrastructure Positioning
Following KUB Chain’s transition into a global entity under the KUB Foundation, Passakorn shared progress updates regarding the network’s roadmap. These developments will be formally presented at the KUB Meetup in August under the theme, “Road to Regional Financial Infrastructure,” which aims to position KUB Chain as an infrastructure provider internationally.
The upcoming strategic roadmap highlights include:
- Infrastructure & Ecosystem Advancement: Development of end-to-end decentralized network components, including decentralized data Oracles, a Decentralized Perpetual Exchange (PerpDex), and the KUB Name Service (KNS).
- Tokenomics & Supply Management: Integration of continuous, transaction-based burn mechanisms to regulate and optimize the circulating total supply of KUB for long-term network stability.
- Enhanced KUB Holder Utilities: Introduction of new campaigns and incentive structures to increase ecosystem engagement for KUB token holders.
- gKUB Upgrades: Expansion of use cases for gKUB to support digital asset transfers and continuous airdrop campaigns.
- Real-World Asset (RWA) Tokenization: Deployment of high-value RWA projects and premium Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on the network, focusing on capital-efficient and proven industries.
- GameFi Innovation: Integration of a new major gaming title onto KUB Chain through specialized partners, supported by infrastructure upgrades to improve gameplay stability.
The initial community event was supported by KUB Chain’s ecosystem partners, including Worawee Resort & Spa, Kyo Roll En, and JunoSwap, who provided the venue, accommodations, and special rewards for the participants.
