Arincare secures series B+ funding led by Taiwania Hive Ventures

Arincare ปิดดีล Series B+ ปั้นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสุขภาพไทย

Arincare, a pharmacy management and healthcare ecosystem platform in Thailand, has completed its Series B+ funding round led by Taiwania Hive Ventures, with participation from existing investors from Taiwan including Cathay Ventures and MyTrex Health Technologies, as well as Thailand-based investors InnoSpace Thailand and SSN.

The funding marks a new stage in the company’s growth and reflects continued interest from international investors in Thailand’s healthcare technology sector and innovation ecosystem.

Founded to support pharmacies through technology and data, Arincare has grown into a platform serving more than 6,000 registered pharmacies and supporting over 12,000 pharmacists nationwide in their daily operations. Over the past decade, the company has also built a network connecting pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, healthcare brands, and pharmacies through its technology and healthcare ecosystem.

Expanding Healthcare Technology Capabilities

According to the company, proceeds from the funding round will be used to strengthen its technology platform, expand ecosystem capabilities, enhance AI and analytics infrastructure, improve operational scalability, and accelerate strategic partnerships across the healthcare value chain.

Teera Kanokkanjanarat, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arincare, said the company has become part of the operational infrastructure supporting pharmacies and pharmacists across Thailand.

“Over the past decade, Arincare has become more than a technology platform. We have become part of the operational backbone supporting thousands of pharmacies and pharmacists across Thailand every day. Building trust in healthcare takes time, and we are proud to have earned credibility across the industry through reliable execution, strong partnerships, and standards that can scale sustainably,” he said.

Teera added that the company sees opportunities in the continued evolution of healthcare, where technology, data, and ecosystem collaboration are expected to play a greater role in how healthcare services are delivered and accessed.

The participation of strategic investors from Taiwan is expected to create opportunities for cross-border collaboration in healthcare technology, pharmaceutical innovation, healthcare services, and regional ecosystem development. The company noted that Taiwan’s healthcare ecosystem is recognized for its strengths in medical technology, pharmaceutical innovation, and healthcare infrastructure, areas that align with Arincare’s long-term strategy.

International Investors Back Thailand’s HealthTech Growth

Arincare said the investment reflects increasing international confidence in Thai founders, local innovation, and long-term opportunities within the country’s healthcare sector. The company also noted that the participation of international investors represents foreign direct investment into a Thailand-based technology company and highlights Thailand’s growing role in the regional innovation landscape.

The company has previously received support from organizations including Chularat Hospital Group (CHG), Max Ventures from PTG, and Nexter Ventures, the venture capital arm of SCG.

As it enters its next phase of growth, Arincare said it remains focused on strengthening technology capabilities, expanding healthcare accessibility, and creating long-term value across the healthcare ecosystem.

Hsin-fu Huang, Managing Partner at Taiwania Hive Ventures, said the investment aligns with the firm’s investment approach in Southeast Asia, particularly in applying data and AI technologies to traditional industries such as the pharmacy sector.

“The investment in Arincare perfectly echoes our investment theory for the Southeast Asia region. We see immense potential in applying data and AI technology to traditional industries like the pharmacy business — a market that remains largely underserved and ripe for accelerated growth. What makes this investment particularly exciting is the strategic alignment with our partners from Taiwan. This partnership and the resulting synergy will be instrumental in supporting Arincare’s next phase of expansion,” he said.

Narusan Dhanvarjor, Chief Executive Officer and Head of Investment at InnoSpace Thailand, said community pharmacies remain one of the most accessible healthcare touchpoints for people across Thailand.

“Arincare’s platform can help improve efficiency, connectivity, and healthcare access at scale. This investment reflects our commitment to supporting Thai startups with strong technology, real industry impact, and the potential to connect Thailand’s innovation ecosystem with international partners,” he said.

Arincare currently supports more than 6,000 registered pharmacies and over 12,000 pharmacists nationwide through software platforms, healthcare services, pharmaceutical commerce, and data solutions. The company said its goal is to improve healthcare accessibility and operational efficiency across Thailand’s healthcare value chain while strengthening connections among pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
