Bualuang Securities expands to Bangkok’s Dusit Central Park

Thai brokerage firm Bualuang Securities will open a new office at the Central Park Offices complex in Bangkok, property developer Central Pattana (CPN) announced on April 7. The move places the financial firm in the Silom-Rama IV area, a district increasingly targeted by commercial real estate developers as a corporate hub.

The Central Park Offices are part of the broader Dusit Central Park mixed-use project. The development combines commercial office space with lifestyle amenities and smart building technologies, aiming to attract domestic and international companies across the financial, technology, and multinational sectors.

Naparat Sriwanvit, CPN’s Chief Financial Officer and President of Hotel and Office, indicated that Bualuang’s expansion into the complex reflects a broader corporate trend. Companies are increasingly seeking out large-scale, mixed-use developments that consolidate workspaces and daily amenities in a single location to support employee productivity and well-being.

For Bualuang Securities, the new location offers strategic proximity to other financial institutions. Pichet Sithi-Amnuai, President of the brokerage, noted that securing space in the development aligns with the firm’s strategy to upgrade its corporate environment while maintaining close connectivity with business partners in one of the capital’s major economic districts.
