Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) has announced a strategic partnership with Invesco, a global asset management firm, to elevate its investment advisory services. The collaboration combines Krungsri’s local network with Invesco’s global investment intelligence to develop innovation-led solutions for the Thai market.
Through this arrangement, Invesco and Krungsri have become preferred partners, focusing on allocation strategies for new product launches. A key objective is leveraging Invesco’s expertise to build a multi-asset discretionary portfolio management platform tailored to individual client goals.
“Krungsri firmly believes that our partnership with Invesco will be a key catalyst in shaping the future of our investment advisory and wealth management businesses — one of the Bank’s core strategic priorities,” said Kenichi Yamato, Krungsri President and CEO.
Focus on Future-Oriented Themes and Alternative Assets
The partnership aims to strengthen client portfolios against market volatility by introducing a diverse range of investment classes, including:
- Future-Oriented Themes: AI and Energy Transition.
- Alternative Assets: Private Equity and Private Credit.
- Global Insights: Access to international economic intelligence and in-depth asset analysis to enhance advisory standards.
“This strategic partnership reflects our shared commitment to delivering world-class investment solutions and advisory services to Thai investors… we are laying the foundation for long-term success,” stated Andrew Lo, Chief Executive, Asia Pacific at Invesco.
Three Core Values for Wealth Clients
Krungsri is centering its elevated advisory experience on three pillars:
- Easy Access: Streamlined investment information through advisors and digital tools.
- Flexible Solutions: Portfolios tailored to life stages and market conditions.
- Diverse Opportunities: Comprehensive risk management across various asset classes for long-term growth.

Currently, Krungsri serves 180,000 customers across three segments: KRUNGSRI PRIVATE BANKING, KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE, and KRUNGSRI PRIME, managing total Assets Under Management (AUM) of 1 trillion baht.
