Great Wall Motor (GWM) officially launching and announcing the prices of the New GWM ORA Good Cat from local production in Thailand. The New GWM ORA Good Cat comes in three models: PRO model priced at 799,000 Baht, ULTRA model priced at 899,000 Baht, and GT model priced at 1,099,000 Baht, emphasizing its commitment to delivering high-quality products with cutting-edge technology through 100% electric cars, promoting environmentally friendly driving. The vehicles are set to be delivered this January 2024.
This Thai-beloved electric car model has consistently delivered impressive results since its first introduction in 2021, achieving the highest EV registration numbers in 2022. This year, the New GWM ORA Good Cat is making waves once again in Thailand with its distinctive style, exhilarating driving performance, and advanced driving safety technology, catering to every driving need and supporting environmentally friendly driving directly from the local production line of Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) in Rayong province. GWM is the first brand to make mass production of electric cars in Thailand, under the government’s policy to promote the use of electric cars or ZEV 3.0.

To date, we have successfully delivered nearly 11,000 units of the ORA Good Cat to Thai families. The New GWM ORA Good Cat, a model produced in Thailand, emerges to enchant and resonate with contemporary customers. It comes in three sub-models: PRO and ULTRA, both powered by an electric motor delivering a maximum power of 105 kilowatts (143 horsepower) and a peak torque of 210 Newton-meters. It boasts a range of 480 kilometers per charge (NEDC standard). For the GT model, designed for sports enthusiasts, it delivers a maximum power of 126 kilowatts (171 horsepower) and a peak torque of 250 Newton-meters, providing a range of 460 kilometers per charge (NEDC standard).
Perfectly designed under the concept of “Empower Your Moment,” the New GWM ORA Good Cat is distinctive with LED Cat Eye headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, and yellow calipers for a sporty feel in the GT model. The interior is delicately designed to attract all eyes, reflecting uniqueness and featuring a 17.25-inch Large Integrated Display. It includes a 7-inch driving information display screen integrated with a 10.25-inch multimedia touchscreen. The redesigned central console maximizes usability and includes a new Wireless Charger with an upgraded power output of up to 50 watts for faster charging (available for the ULTRA and GT models). The interior is also equipped with Type A and C USB ports for front passengers. To enhance overall driving convenience, the New GWM ORA Good Cat has a new paddle shift gear next to the steering wheel, enabling easier and more convenient control of driving dynamics. Additionally, the panoramic sunroof increases the light area and provides a more expansive view of the surrounding landscape.
The New GWM ORA Good Cat is equipped with cutting-edge technologies that enhance driving convenience and safety, offering up to 31 features, including a collision avoidance system for second crashes which tries to keep the vehicle stable when involved in a collision to avoid subsequent collisions. Additionally, in response to customer feedback, GWM has introduced the V2L (Vehicle to Load) function, allowing the car to supply electrical power to external devices. This feature is available in both the ULTRA and GT models.
The New GWM ORA Good Cat models PRO and ULTRA are available in 5 exterior colors: Hamilton White, Hamilton White with Black Roof (both featuring a black interior), Verdant Green with White Roof (featuring a green and grey interior), Hazel Wood Beige with Brown Roof (featuring a beige and brown interior), and Pistachio Green (featuring a green and beige interior). As for the GT model, it is available in 2 exterior colors: Sun Black and Aqua Grey, both featuring a black and yellow interior along with stylish yellow accessories.
