Oraphan Phongsphanij, Head of Customer Experience at Boots Retail Thailand, said that to offer additional care during the COVID-19 pandemic, Boots is introducing a new feature, “Talk to Pharmacist,” that provides trusted healthcare advisory services through Boots pharmacists from online to offline channels (O2O) for better health and wellness.
Specialist Boots pharmacists are trained in health knowledge and with in-depth insights on COVID-19 from Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA), the first global pharmacy-led, health and well-being enterprise, together with local Boots Thailand weekly updates.

Currently, Boots has 240 stores across the country with 288 Boots pharmacists involved in integrated individual conversations about COVID-19, congenital disease, concerns about health, healthcare and skin solutions.
Having launched in the second quarter of 2020, the Boots app achieved a six-times growth rate in app downloads and installations and a two-times growth rate in gross merchandise value (GMV).
The Boots app is a healthcare shopping destination that provides 4,453 healthcare, supplement, and beauty products.
