MAAI by KTC joins forces with MAX Card playing to their strengths of building relationships with members

“KTC” leads the way with “MAAI by KTC,” playing to their strengths to grow together and recently joined forces with “MAX Card” to become a Loyalty Platform, a system that builds relationships with cardmembers by collecting fully integrated, ready-to-use points. The platform operates with the marketing concept of “when 1+1 gives you more than 2,” allowing cardmembers options to choose to transfer points between MAX Points and MAAI Points to redeem more benefits than ever before. This collaboration offers cardmembers more options to choose from, creates great point redemption experience, and meets the needs of lifestyles in the Digital Era.

Recently, KTC has launched the “MAAI by KTC” loyalty platform, a system that builds relationships with cardmembers by points collection. KTC aims to push the platform as a tool to help support partners in making CRM (Customer Relationship Management) more effective. MAAI by KTC draws on the strengths of the KTC FOREVER points management technology system as a model, coupled with the number of partners that KTC has in a variety of industries to help MAAI by KTC be able to further strengthen the bond through business partners’ reward points. The platform offers a more cost-effective investment in terms of cost, time, and management services, and therefore mark this effort as a collaboration where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts and to expand the partner network to have more assortment or what we call “Mak Maai” in Thai.
