UNIQLO Thailand celebrates 10th anniversary

UNIQLO, the Japanese global apparel retailer, today celebrates 10th Anniversary in Thailand. Thanks to the warm welcome and great support from Thai customers since Day 1, UNIQLO Thailand can achieve challenging business goals and stay strong together with Thai people until today.

UNIQLO marks 10th Anniversary in Thailand as a key milestone to ensure the better lives of Thai people through high quality products as LifeWear, making life better.

Since 2011, UNIQLO is established its first store at CentralWorld which has been received the very positive feedback from Thai people since Day 1.

UNIQLO Thailand is the 3rd country in Southeast Asia, following from Singapore and Malaysia respectively.

Ever since, UNIQLO has continued developing products and services to fulfill everyone’s lifestyle anywhere and anytime in order to make Thai lives better through high quality products.

During 10-year journey in Thailand, UNIQLO has marked a milestone for UNIQLO Thailand, including UNIQLO Online Store launched in 2016, the 1st Roadside Store in South East Asia and Thailand – UNIQLO Phattanakarn in 2018, appointed Yaya Urassaya as UNIQLO Thailand’s 1st Local Brand Presenter in 2020 and launching new stores at the main regions outside Bangkok.

To date, UNIQLO Thailand has 54 branches nationwide including CentralPlaza Nakhon Si Thammarat as the latest store opening and our online store: UNIQLO.com. For this year, UNIQLO Thailand plans to expand to CentralPlaza Sriracha and Central Ayuttaya.

For UNIQLO Thailand 10th Anniversary, UNIQLO has prepared the thankful surprises to bring back Thai smiles such as; 

  • Mickey Mouse in Thailand UT collection: UNIQLO Thailand exclusive collection to celebrate 10th Anniversary collaborates with Disney, called ‘Mickey Mouse in Thailand’ UT collection to portray the image of localization by connecting Thai greeting which referred to the Wai and Thai Boxing, the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand, into the gestures of all-time beloved Disney characters. This is the 1st time that UNIQLO collaborates with Disney to produce UT products and Eco bags, especially designed only for Thailand. UNIQLO and Disney relationship worldwide began in 2009, when we launched its first collection of UT featuring iconic and treasured Disney characters, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.

  • Thank You Card: The Thank you card is the culture of saying thanks in UNIQLO company’s culture. Thank you Card is a small thank you card to share UNIQLO Thailand appreciation to customers through the drawing images from collaborating with UNIQLO Thailand’s sustainability partners as UNHCR, Ban Rom Sai, Rajanukul Institute and WARF to deliver the thank you message not only for customers, but also their efforts of letting UNIQLO be a part of their social contribution to Thai community. For this card, UNIQLO will distribute to all customers purchasing both instore and online stores during the campaign period. 
  • Giveaway free drinks at 7-11 All Café: UNIQLO gives away free 20,000 drinks for customers who purchase 1,500 THB and be a member of UNIQLO application at UNIQLO stores and online store between 1-7 October. The customers will get coupon from UNIQLO to redeem 16 Oz cold drink at approximately 9,000 branches of All Café at 7-11 convenient stores between 1-20 October.
