Amity, the Southeast Asian enterprise AI technology company founded in Thailand, today announced the official launch of its Singapore office and AI Research & Application Center (ARAC). This expansion follows its recent US$100 million Series D funding round, led by EDBI (the investment arm of SG Growth Capital, the investment platform of EDB and Enterprise Singapore), alongside Asia Partners and SMDV, with participation from existing and new investors, including CMLIM Capital. According to DealStreetAsia’s Q1 2026 SE Asia Deal Review, Amity’s Series D was the largest funding round in the AI/ML sector in Southeast Asia in Q1 2026.
The new Singapore office will serve as the Company’s regional headquarters, partnering with its Bangkok office to anchor the global operations of ARAC. This strategic move positions Amity to target US$200 million in annualised revenue by the end of 2026 as it prepares for a public listing in 2027.
Amity surpassed US$100 million in annualised revenue in 2025, marking a tenfold growth since 2022. The Company is deploying its Series D capital across three core strategic priorities:
- Accelerating Agentic AI and Research and Development (R&D): Compressing development timelines through ARAC to build vertical AI models purpose-built for enterprise workflows.
- Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Targeting high-potential software companies across Europe and Southeast Asia. A recent milestone includes Amity’s subsidiary, Tollring, acquiring UK-based Code Software to expand its call analytics portfolio and global customer experience (CX) footprint, driving Amity’s global presence and affirming Tollring’s focus on analytics and recording.
- Talent Acquisition: Attracting top-tier engineering, research, and commercial talent to scale solutions across the ASEAN region.
Amity’s ecosystem currently serves over 10 million monthly active users across more than 20,000 organisations globally. In Thailand and the wider region, enterprise clients are served by an integrated single-partner ecosystem composed of five core companies: Amity Solutions, Amity Accentix, Tollring, EGG Digital, and Amity-Nordstar, delivering CX, analytics, and voice capabilities.
Korawad Chearavanont, Amity’s Executive Chairman & Founder, stated that the Company was founded on the belief that Asian enterprises deserve AI built for their reality, rather than tools designed for other markets. He noted that the Singapore regional HQ and ARAC represent Amity’s commitment to building foundational AI capabilities for enterprises across Asia, including its strong base in Thailand, over the next decade. Having grown tenfold in three years, Amity aims to define the future of enterprise AI in the region.
The establishment of ARAC enables Amity to deliver vertical AI models trained on real industry data instead of generic datasets. These models are tailored specifically for the channel diversity and industry-specific workflows of large Asian organisations, particularly within the retail and telecommunications sectors.
