Arincare Telepharmacy debut: FDA-compliant remote care for all pharmacies

เปิดตัว 'Arincare Telepharmacy' ระบบเภสัชกรรมทางไกลถูกกฎหมาย หนุนร้านยาไทย

Arincare Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of “Arincare Telepharmacy,” a remote pharmacy software system designed to allow community pharmacies and chain stores in Thailand to deliver legal telepharmacy services. The system can operate as a stand-alone platform or integrate with existing pharmacy software.

Arincare Telepharmacy has been officially approved by the Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under its Announcement on Approved Applications for Telepharmacy Services (Edition 2), dated August 24, 2026. This certification complies with Ministry of Public Health regulations, which require pharmacists and pharmacies to operate exclusively through certified systems.

Maintaining Patient Relationships within Local Pharmacies

The system addresses the issue of patient data and relationships being absorbed by large external platforms. Arincare Telepharmacy connects directly through a pharmacy’s own LINE Official Account or mobile application, enabling local pharmacies to follow up on patient symptoms and maintain consultation records directly.

Developed over a decade of pharmacy software experience, the platform caters to independent single-pharmacist shops as well as multi-branch chains. Existing Arincare users can activate the feature immediately, while non-users can run the stand-alone system without changing their current software. Chains also have the option to custom-brand the system. Additionally, Arincare provides documentation support and advisory services to help pharmacies apply for FDA telepharmacy registration.

Advocating for a “Pharmacist Fee” Without Commission

Arincare supports a fair “Pharmacist Fee” for professional consultations by charging zero gross profit (GP) commission on services. By eliminating commission fees, the platform avoids adding extra operational costs to pharmacies or increasing medication expenses for patients, ensuring professional care at a fair price.

Arincare operates on world-class cloud infrastructure and holds the ISO/IEC 29110 international certification, as well as the Asia-Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Award. The company also holds Thai petty patents for its Integrated Telepharmacy system and Electronic Prescription (E-Prescription) technology.

Independent and Neutral Infrastructure

Arincare functions as an independent platform without ties to specific agencies, associations, or interest groups, ensuring commercial neutrality and data privacy. The company remains open to partnerships with pharmaceutical firms, logistics providers, and platforms, provided the primary relationship between the patient and the pharmacy is preserved.

Teera Kanokkanjanarat, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Arincare Co., Ltd., stated that the company invested in software quality and infrastructure because community pharmacies serve as the foundation of public healthcare and must operate independently. He noted that while compliant telepharmacy was previously limited to major chains, Arincare Telepharmacy allows pharmacies of all sizes to access equivalent technology legally.
