VinFast introduces comprehensive EV lineup at Motor Show 2024

At the Bangkok International Motor Show 2024, VinFast introduces a diverse range of green mobility solutions to Southeast Asia’s leading auto market, including electric cars, the VF Wild concept electric pickup truck, and electric motorcycles. The company also unveils the industry’s leading after-sales policy, reaffirming its commitment to expanding its presence in Thailand.

The modern and intelligent green mobility solutions VinFast brings to BIMS 2024 include the mini-SUV VF 3, VF 5, VF e34, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9, spanning the A-SUV to E-SUV segments. The VF Wild, a concept electric pickup truck that has garnered global attention upon its debut at CES 2024, is also on display.

Among these vehicles, the VF 5, VF e34, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9 are all right-hand drive (RHD) variants tailored for the Thai market. Additionally, VinFast displays its entire range of electric motorcycles, from entry-level to premium options, including Evo200 and Evo200 Lite, Feliz S, Klara S, Vento S, and Theon S.

By bringing its high-quality, stylish, and technologically advanced green mobility ecosystem to Southeast Asia’s leading EV market, VinFast showcases its global manufacturing strength and ability to cater to the diverse mobility needs of various consumer segments.

To make green mobility more accessible to customers in this market, VinFast will also introduce its unparalleled after-sales policy. VinFast’s electric vehicles will be covered by a 7 – 10 year or 160,000 – 200,000 km warranty for the powertrain (whichever comes first), and an 8 – 10 year warranty with no mileage limit for the battery.

VinFast’s commitment to customers extends beyond its industry-leading warranty. The company’s “customer-centric” philosophy is evident in its investment in an extensive dealership network that offers a level of service and consumer support that surpasses the prevailing norms found in the Thai market. VinFast’s also offers flexible sales policies for customers, including a unique battery subscription service for electric cars, ensuring a worry-free experience and satisfaction throughout the ownership journey.

Thailand is experiencing an increase in demand for electric vehicles as consumers move away from gasoline-powered cars. VinFast is entering this market with an ambition to set a new standard for consumers’ green mobility solutions and to advance sustainable transportation in the region.

VinFast is rapidly expanding its global footprint, targeting at least 50 countries in 2024. Beyond established markets like the U.S., Canada, and Europe, VinFast is building its presence in neighboring Asian countries like India, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, alongside the Middle East and Africa. The company is accelerating construction of EV manufacturing plants in the U.S. and India, with plans for an additional plant in Indonesia, to support its growth.
