Chef Stéphane Klein and Chef Paul Klein, the father-son duo of the Klein family, have chosen Lenôtre Culinary Arts School Thailand as the destination to offer their courses outside of France for the first time. Their exceptional expertise and unparalleled creativity in chocolate sculpting and confectionery have garnered international acclaim.
This is a great opportunity for professional chefs, who are determined to develop their skills and wish to enhance the art of sugar or chocolate decorations, as well as food, dessert, and hotel business operators, who want to expand the culinary skills of their personnel. During the following five-day courses, participants will learn different techniques and tips directly from the world’s top chefs who will impart knowledge and inspiration.
