AIS Joins Forces with Central Retail and Bridge Alliance to boost Thai tourism


AIS has partnered with Central Department Store Group, under Central Retail, and nine leading mobile operators from the Bridge Alliance to launch the “Welcome to Thailand Privileges” campaign. This collaboration aims to revitalize Thailand’s tourism industry and provide exceptional experiences for international visitors across 77 department stores nationwide.

The strategic alliance brings together AIS with Bridge Alliance members China Unicom (China), csl. and 1O1O (Hong Kong), CTM (Macau), Globe (Philippines), Maxis (Malaysia), MobiFone (Vietnam), Singtel (Singapore), Taiwan Mobile (Taiwan), and Telkomsel (Indonesia). By combining their strengths, they aim to offer seamless services and exclusive privileges to over 600 million potential customers visiting Thailand

“We are beginning to see clear signs of growth and the return of tourism,” stated Pratthana Leelapanang, Chief Consumer Business Officer of AIS. “This collaboration leverages the power of all sectors to drive economic recovery through an exceptional roaming experience on our 5G network and world-class shopping and dining privileges.”

The “Welcome to Thailand Privileges” campaign offers Bridge Alliance customers a range of exclusive benefits, including shopping coupons valued at 3,600 Baht, discounts from over 45 renowned brands, and special offers at legendary Thai premium street food restaurants. Customers can redeem these perks at designated Customer Services counters at participating Central and Robinson Department Store branches nationwide.
