True Corporation will send SMS alerts to suspicious dtac and TrueMove H numbers and will immediately cancel services for identity verification, mitigating potential negative impacts. Affected users can verify their identities by contacting the True 1242 Call Center, dtac 1678 Call Center, or visiting a True shop or dtac Service Hall.

The company will send SMS alerts to these suspicious numbers and immediately cancel services for prepaid numbers only, excluding postpaid numbers or those registered under business entities or organizations.
